SP Design has been a contracted supplier to CLRC for presentation
and graphics services since June 2000. An eye catching poster and
a corporate graduate recruitment web site created by SP Design, are
from this month being used to attract science graduates to work at
the leading edge of science in CLRC laboratories in Oxfordshire, Cheshire
and Hampshire. The selected design has a striking orange and black
typographical treatment and incorporates space and scientific images
and photo montages which help to demonstrate the range of work and
facilities available to graduates at CLRC. Visit www.graduates.clrc.ac.uk
to view the web site designed by the SP Design team.

SP Design Director Jane Mason, also a registered marketing consultant
under the Business Link scheme, co-ordinated a complete programme
of international Public Relations activities for artist Ann Seward.
Ann was awarded a Business Link foot and mouth recovery grant, which
allowed SP Design to design and print a colourful CD Rom to support
the Public Relations activities. Packaged in a specially printed
jewel case with Anns detailed illustrations digitally printed
onto the surface of the CD, the press pack was mailed with translated
information to leading countryside publications in the UK, Europe
and the USA. In addition a news page has been established on the
website to provide easy access for the press to an image bank and
news information at www.as-wildlife-art.com

Celebration booklet created for ISSL
Our client, Campaign Productions, commissioned us to design
and produce a booklet for ISSL, a subsidiary of London Underground
soon to transfer to Metronet Ltd. The booklet also held a
CD-Rom of a commemorative video. These were neatly packaged
in a presentation box also holding a pen. The aim was to create
a high quality keepsake for every employee celebrating their
achievements over the past three years. The project involved
our design team sourcing a selection of images of special
events during the period and scanning, cropping and cutting
out numerous images of employees at work on the Underground.
The booklet design was colourful and memorable and a co-ordinated
specially designed and printed box provided a further high
quality product.
